Apply to Adopt

If you’re interested in adopting a dog from 4 Directions Rescue, these are the steps you will take to apply:

• Complete the Application. Fill out the application below.
• Schedule a Meet-N-Greet with the Dog. When your application is conditionally approved, we will reach out to you to scheule a Meet-N-Greet so you can spend some time with the dog to make sure they’re a good fit for you and your family.
• Provide References. We ask that you provide references such as your veterinarian or landlord to ensure that you’re a suitable candidate for adoption.
• Complete a Home Visit. We require a home visit to ensure that your home is safe and suitable for the dog you want to adopt.
• Pay the Adoption Fee. There is a small adoption fee associated with adopting a dog from us.
